Your mind is a tool which functions much like a radio. It is a tool that you created for yourself when you incarnated. Much like your hands are the tool you use in this dimension to touch and experience “things”, your mind is the tool that allows you to experience “thoughts”. So what are thoughts? Thoughts are just energy. As we already know, different energies hold different vibrations. Thoughts are, quite simply, energy vibrating. So where do they come from? Thoughts do not begin and do not end. They are not created by you, nor do they stay within the confines of your skull. Your mind is much like a radio. When you tune your own frequency to, say 98.1 FM, you pick up the thoughts that are being broadcast on that channel. The 3rd dimensional experience of “thinking” is really the experience of “tuning your radio”. The thoughts that you feel are yours are the thoughts that resonate with your own frequency. You too are energy, vibrating. When you “think” a thought and it resounds within you, your ego chimes in “Hey, I came up with that!” And it often adds “It must be true.” This is where thought can become your greatest ally or your worst enemy. But ultimately, it is not the thought. It is the ego. When you focus on a thought that resonates with you, the energy of that thought merges with the energy of you, and, as a radio receives signal it also broadcasts. The frequency of your energy, now changed by merging with hundreds of thoughts per second, is broadcast out. So as you are tuning in to vibrations, you are also giving off vibrations. This seems to happen within your mind, however its energy is not contained. Your radio is closely connected to your body, and eternally connected to source. Your body is yet another tool you acquired at conception. It vibrates at a lower rate than your mind (which is not to say it is anything less than a miracle!). When your radio is tuning into thoughts, it is simultaneously broadcasting vibrations to your body as well. This feels different, as the density of the energy is different. How does your body channel thought? It feels. Your emotions are thought vibrations condensed into sensations. They are stimulated by the mind, produced in the body and they are your best tool in the 3rd dimension. They are your own divine biochemical feedback system. As they assist you to “interpret” thought, emotions are also your direct, indisputable link to your higher self - that is, Source expressing itself through you. How can this insight help you? When you understand that your thoughts are not yours, you can stop identifying with them. You can feel the thoughts that do not resonate with you - they feel awful - and you can deliberately choose to change stations. When you are tuned into FEAR FM, and you have decided that it does not feel good, you can choose to tune into LOVE FM. And when the being that is YOU tunes in to the frequency that amplifies your soul, you also broadcast the frequency that amplifies OUR soul. Thank You! So whose thoughts are they? They are those of everyone who resonates with them. They have no beginning and no end. Every thought that ever has been or ever could be exists right now. Its a matter of vibration and resonating with the highest frequency of your own divine experience. Once this is realized, it becomes a creation of intention. =) What channel(s) are you on, and why?
